Responsibilities
What it means to be a Liaison.
Participate in Life Walk by walking and raising pledges.
Promote Life Walk in church, Sunday school, or small group by doing any or all of the following:
- Invite your pastor to attend the walk
- Make a presentation in front of the church
- Request a booth or display table
- Distribute pledge forms, bulletin announcements and posters
Ideas for presenting Life Walk at your church.
Always announce the main details of the event first:
- Alpha Women’s center is hosting their annual Life walk
- Saturday, June 14th
- Chapel Pointe in Hudsonville, MI
- Registration begins at 9am and the walk begins at 10am. Lunch will be served around 11am.
Run a power point presentation.
Promote it as being a part of the bigger picture by supporting the pro-life cause, a time to bond with your group and to show your support to the community!
Utilize the church’s mass e-mail list and send out a church-wide informative email.
Setting up a display table.
Ask permission from the church office to sest up a display table.
