A Great Day for Golf at the Alpha Cup

Golfers prepare to set out on the  Alpha Cup Golf competition held on Monday, August 24. We had perfect weather for the 53 golfers competing with new Ryder Cup play rules. Many positive comments at the end of the day encourage us to return with this format next year. Along with a challenging course at the Highlands, the Ryder Cup play with best ball, scramble and alternate shot allowed a variety of groups to perform well and earn the great prizes donated for the outing.
